Librarians

At AMPS, we are lucky to have our beautiful Titanic-themed Library and Literacy Space where we have books of all levels and genres, opportunities for e-reading and Literacy learning through use of our library iPads and space for getting our creative juices flowing with our Writing Toolkits.

No space like this functions without a trusty team of Pupil Librarians, though!

Our Pupil Librarians take pride in checking books in and out and supporting and encouraging younger readers during their weekly class library sessions; cultivating a love for reading and creative writing across the school. They also keep the library tidy and organised, keep Literacy iPad apps up-to-date and replenish tools in our ‘Writing Toolkits’, which is a great support to Mrs Bell. Where would she be without her lovely librarians?!

Our brilliant team of P6 and P7 Librarians pictured above went through an application process and rightfully earned their spot for the 24-25 school year.
