House Captains

At AMPS, every pupil belongs to a house from the very first day they arrive.

The houses compete against each other to win the all important house points. We have lots of different competitions and opportunities for pupils to win points for their house throughout the year. From art competitions, cross country races, writing competitions and sports day - there is something for every pupil to get involved in!

Our four houses are proudly named after four people from Northern Ireland who have had brilliant achievements.

Heaney

Burnell

Branagh

Peters

Each house has three captains in P5-P7, carefully voted for by their classmates. The captains play a vital role in assisting with house competitions, judging competitions, encouraging their house and counting house points. These captains set the example of being a team player to their houses.
