P6 have been out and about in Comber town over the past few weeks learning about their local environment.
From ‘rollicking’ Rollo Gillespie to the Cooperage, where once upon a time barrels were made to hold whiskey from the Comber Distillery.
Standing outside Aureen and learning about the stories behind the images captured in the cobblestones.
And of course, we’ve also got history right on our doorstep with our very own Andrews Hall and the Comber Mill opposite our school.
