P3 ABL
P3 have been having a wondering time learning about 'Ourselves'. We have explored our five senses over five weeks with very exciting and hands on lessons. We all loved these lessons and understood how important our senses are to keeping us safe and the messages they each send to our brain. We learned a senses song called 'Not a lot of Sense' which is a favourite to start and finish our lessons.
We have started looking at lots of different types of emotions. So far, we have learnt about love, excitement, fear, and silliness. We worked with a partner and showed our facial expressions and body reactions to these emotions. We enjoyed singing 'These are our Emotions' together.
We have also been exploring our body and the important role of our skeleton and bones. We even know how many bones are in our body and we made our own Skelton hands using different sized bones and an x-ray picture to help guide us.
